2 PERSPECTIVES
1 PHILOSOPHY
At its core, SapioPath is about human engagement—understanding what shapes the way people experience an organization and what helps them connect, contribute, choose, grow, and act.
David’s work has largely approached that question from within organizations: leadership, law & policy, culture, learning & development, systems, recruiting, organizational development, talent management, and the decisions that shape people’s experience at work.
Dosia’s work has often approached it through the organization’s relationship with the people it serves: sales, customer experience, relationships, communication, brand management, recognition, promotional products, and the moments that shape what people feel and remember.
SapioPath brings those perspectives together because the internal and external experience of an organization are not separate. The people inside the organization ultimately create the experience of the people outside it, and effectively reaching both audiences requires alignment between heart + mind.

SapioPath was not created by inventing a company first and attaching a philosophy later. Its philosophy emerged from years of helping people perform, lead, communicate, learn, make difficult decisions, tell clearer stories, and move through complexity.
Again and again, we saw the same pattern: capable people and meaningful ideas were present, but something was not translating. Human experience and organizational intention were not fully aligned. SapioPath was created to work in that space.
DOSIA OFTEN BEGINS WITH RECEPTION.
What are people experiencing? What is not connecting? What meaning is being lost? How can the idea become clear, memorable, useful, beautiful, and commercially relevant?
One lens helps reveal how something is being experienced. The other helps reveal why it is happening. Both are necessary.
DAVID OFTEN BEGINS WITH CAUSATION.
What history, structure, incentive, behavior, decision, policy or system is producing the outcome? What context must be understood before we intervene? How can we educate people to have a greater impact?

PRODUCTIVE TENSION IS PART OF THE METHOD.
We challenge one another's first conclusions. We ask different questions. We notice different signals. Neither perspective is treated as complete on its own. That practice—holding two truths, seeking context, and refusing false binaries—is not only part of our partnership. It is central to how SapioPath works.

WE KNOW WHAT DEVELOPMENT LOOKS LIKE WHILE LIFE IS HAPPENING.
Both of us returned to school as adults while working full time. We completed our bachelor's degrees in our twenties and later continued into graduate and professional education - a Master of Science in Marketing & Brand Management for Dosia and a Juris Doctor for David. That experience shaped something we still believe about development:
ADULTS DO NOT ARRIVE EMPTY.
They arrive with experience, responsibilities, pressures, strengths, assumptions, successes, mistakes, and things they already know.
EXPERIENCE ACROSS LAW, LEARNING, LEADERSHIP, AND ORGANIZATIONS
EXPERIENCE ACROSS LAW, LEARNING, LEADERSHIP, AND ORGANIZATIONS
SapioPath is built from experience across law and legal policy, corporate compliance training, organizational leadership, inclusion, higher education, admissions and recruitment, learning and development, facilitation, strategic communications, business development, and client advisory work. That range matters because organizational challenges rarely stay in one lane. A management issue can also be a legal issue, a learning issue, a communication issue, and a culture issue. SapioPath brings those disciplines together to help clients see the whole system and design practical ways forward.
DESIGNED FOR:
Leaders looking for multidisciplinary advisory, training, facilitation, or development support
OFTEN USED FOR:
Legal and policy insight, corporate training, higher education, organizational strategy, leadership, facilitation, communications
THE PATH WAS NOT LINEAR.
"Before I ever advised executives, practiced law, or facilitated enterprise learning, I had loaded trucks for UPS, sold shoes for Cole Haan, tended bar, trained as an EMT, restored classic cars, and recruited students. Those experiences taught me something I still carry into every room: people make sense of work from very different vantage points, my gift is to met them where they are, and most of the time I've been in a similar position." -David
